Assassin's Chess

A chess variant in which you have the ability to rotate your pieces, and can Assassinate pieces from behind. Submitted as part of PB Game Jam 4, 2020.

Controlled entirely with the mouse, click to select, move, and rotate your pieces. Escape to return to the main menu.

Built off a chess tutorial by N3K  EN on YouTube.

Update 07/31/2020: Added a quit button to the title screen as per feedback. Removed the back row of pawns in hopes of discouraging overly defensive strategies resulting in stalemates.
